Camelot: Light in the Dark
The world of Albion is inhabited by numerous beings, both native and emigrated. Each strives to find its place in the world, from the adventurous halflings to the hard-working dwarves to the militant humans. Survival is dependent on relations with other races and establishing peace, whether by diplomacy or by the sword.
While any official race from the Player’s Handbook, Dungeon Master’s Guide, Elemental Evil, Volo’s Guide to Monsters, or other sources may be utilized, there is no significant population of any such race. As such they require DM approval and a plausible explanation of backstory and how the character came about as an adventurer. Such oddities may be treated with suspicion or even hostility by establishments throughout Albion, so care should be taken before choosing one of these races.
